Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Hazard Plan Safety LLC. By submitting an order, the purchaser represents that they have authority to complete the transaction and agrees to these terms and the policies linked on this website.
Independent Reseller
Hazard Plan Safety LLC is an independent reseller of workplace safety, PPE, and industrial products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hazard Plan Safety LLC does not manufacture branded products sold through this store and does not claim manufacturer authorization, endorsement, or affiliation merely because a product is offered for resale. Product names, marks, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, verification, and acceptance. We may contact the purchaser for additional information, reject suspected fraudulent transactions, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, specification, quantity, or listing error. If a canceled order was charged, the affected amount will be refunded.
Product availability, pricing, specifications, packaging, country of origin, and fulfillment sources may change. We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Some orders may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers or distribution partners. By placing an order, the purchaser authorizes Hazard Plan Safety LLC to provide the order and shipping information reasonably necessary for fulfillment, tracking, customer service, fraud prevention, and returns.
Sales Tax and Resale Purchases
Purchasers are responsible for providing complete and valid resale or exemption documentation before an order is treated as tax-exempt. Buying products for use by a business does not automatically make the purchase tax-exempt.
Product Selection and Safety
Safety products must be selected and used for the purchaser's actual workplace hazards and conditions. Purchasers and employers remain responsible for determining product suitability, verifying compatibility, following manufacturer instructions and limitations, maintaining required workplace safety programs, and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Product purchase does not replace a hazard assessment, employee training, medical evaluation, respirator fit testing, cartridge change schedule, exposure monitoring, or any other requirement that may apply. Never use a respirator, filter, cartridge, absorbent, chemical product, or other safety item outside the manufacturer's approved conditions and limitations.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, when available, are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Hazard Plan Safety LLC does not create an additional manufacturer warranty or guarantee that a product is suitable for every task, hazard, or workplace.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by the posted Refund and Shipping policies. Written return authorization is required before merchandise is sent back.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
